About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR/Marketing Intern to join our team. This dual-role internship Human Resources and Marketing functions hands-on experience in people management and brand promotion.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Maintain HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, job descriptions, and communication materials.
Marketing
- Support digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create content for social media posts, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events/webinars.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with good writing and content creation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
