Role Overview:

As a Human Resource / Payroll Executive at Brother Enterprises, you will play a key role in daily HR administrative tasks and overseeing the end-to-end payroll process. This role ensures that all employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining strict compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies.

Software: Must have experience with TimeTrax software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing & Administration:
  • Manage the end-to-end processing of monthly/bi-weekly payroll for all employees.
  • Calculate accurate wages, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and allowances.
  • Track and manage attendance records, leaves, absences, and roster adjustments.
  • Compliance & Tax Management:
  • Ensure strict compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., income tax withholding, social security, provident funds, or labor laws).
  • Prepare and file necessary tax returns and statutory reports on time.
  • Stay updated on changes to local employment laws and tax codes.
  • HR Operations & Data Maintenance:
  • Maintain and update TimeTrax and employee databases.
  • Manage employee onboarding data entry, contract renewals, and offboarding/final settlement calculations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding salary, tax deductions, and leave balances.
  • Reporting & Auditing:
  • Generate standard payroll, variance, and headcount reports for management review.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll documentation.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience specifically managing payroll processing and core HR administrative functions.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with TimeTrax.
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive employee data.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
