Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Payroll Processing for employees including salary computation, deductions, reimbursements, arrears, etc., using Spine NX & HRM.
- Maintain employee payroll data, attendance, and leave records in Spine HRMS.
- Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement in coordination with the Finance department.
- Process Full and Final Settlements (F&F) and maintain exit payroll documentation.
- Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and Bonus.
- Prepare and file monthly/quarterly/annual returns (e.g., PF ECR, ESI returns, Form 24Q).
- Manage employee queries related to payroll, taxation, and salary slips.
- Coordinate with auditors during payroll audits and ensure documentation is in order.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc MIS reports, salary registers, and cost analysis as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee payroll data.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Hands-on experience with Spine HRMS (NX & HRM modules) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Indian statutory compliance related to payroll.
- Proficient in MS Excel and working with spreadsheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential data professionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA in HR
- Experience in working with large employee databases.
- Exposure to multiple payroll cycles, incentive processing, and tax planning.
- Knowledge of labour laws and employee benefits schemes.
