IPMS – Healthcare Management Services

IPMS, a healthcare-focused Management Services Organization, is looking for an HR professional with strong payroll and benefits administration experience to support a 500-employee healthcare practice, handling payroll processing in ADP, full menu of benefits funding and reconciliation, payroll tax management, workers’ comp audits, and 401(k) audit support, with the ability to learn additional HR functions

  • Payroll processing
  • Benefits processing and reconciliation experience
  • Healthcare/physician payroll experience preferred
  • Not seeking an HR manager/director level candidate
  • Not a pure HR consultant role focused on employee relations
  • Salary range: $50-60K

What You’ll Do

  • Process payroll with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
  • Administer payments of employee withholdings including taxes, 401(k) deferrals, Roth, and loan repayments as well as HSA contributions
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including pay rates, deductions, and benefits
  • Prepare payroll reports and support audits as needed
  • Support HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, and separations
  • Assist with employee performance and employee relations matters, collaborating with leadership as required
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Provide professional, people-centered HR support to healthcare clients

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience demonstrating the knowledge skills and abilities necessary to perform successfully in the position.

  • Working knowledge of ADP Software on payroll and HR Benefits
  • Payroll processing experience with ADP with demonstrated accuracy
  • Experience with HR practices and understanding of employment law
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to continue developing HR expertise
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
