Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an
    organization, both internally and externally

  • Proficient use of applicable technology

  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently


Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Function as administrative support for the HR Shared Services Team assisting HR Business Partners, HR Shared Services Specialists, and employees
  • Front door for incoming HR Shared Services help desk requests and questions, delivering excellent customer service
  • Manages incoming department email requests and assigns to appropriate team members
  • Delegates HR Help Desk tickets to the appropriate queue and/or agent.
  • Completes electronic filing and maintains hardcopy personnel files and employment agreements
  • Data entry into Oracle Converge
  • Administer special projects as requested and communicates status to appropriate personnel
  • Effectively operates all department equipment and software applications
  • Execute administrative duties as assigned
  • Additional responsibilities assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR experience preferred
  • Demonstrated attention to accuracy and details
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
