The HR/Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling staff to meet the needs of the Facility
  • Checking in staff daily and being available to deal with their concerns
  • Managing and collection information concerning usage, retention, and termination
  • Print out and update daily staffing schedules
  • Contact and communicate with management and department directors
  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring of nurses and nurses aide.
  • Updating Staffing on The DOH website and posting in a timely manner
  • Payroll
  • Managing time and attendance of the staff

Position Requirements:

  • Prior healthcare or hospital staffing experience, or significant customer service experience
  • Proficient in data entry
  • Excellent communication
  • 2 years of Long Term Care Staffing Experience needed
