HRT Grade 1 and Grade 2

The Grade 1 and Grade 2 Homeroom Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where young learners are supported academically, socially, and emotionally. The teacher will deliver lessons in core subjects (English, Math, Science, Social Studies) and support students' overall development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans according to curriculum standards.
• Teach core subjects: English, Math, Science, and Social Studies.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and disciplined classroom environment.
• Conduct formative and summative assessments to track student progress.
• Maintain student records, portfolios, and report cards.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic and behavioral progress.
• Foster character development and social-emotional skills.
• Encourage participation in classroom and school-wide activities.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure student success.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per month
