Henjes, Conner & Williams, PC is looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant to work in our Dakota Dunes office. The position would provide administrative support from February 2, 2026, until April 15, 2026. Looking for a dependable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general secretarial duties which would include:
  • Answering phones and greeting visitors.
  • Collect and distribute mail. Process outgoing mail.
  • Prepare communications such as memos or emails.
  • Assist with processing tax returns for clients
  • Assist accounting staff with typing and preparation of financial documents.

Qualifications:

  • Able to work from 8:00AM until 5:00PM Monday through Friday.
  • Excellent dependability and attendance record.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and manage specific tasks.
  • Familiarity with software programs: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Managing documents and confidential information with appropriate discretion.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
