Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging ELA lessons that foster reading comprehension, analytical thinking, and expressive writing
• Guide students through a diverse range of literary genres, authors, and cultural perspectives
• Cultivate a classroom environment that encourages thoughtful discussion, creativity, and respectful debate
• Support students in developing strong research, grammar, and composition skills
• Collaborate with colleagues and families to promote academic growth and a love for language

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
• Proven experience teaching high school ELA, including literature and writing instruction
• Passion for empowering students to become confident readers, writers, and thinkers
