HSC Officer

Minimum 3 years’ experience

NEBOSH IGC must be completed before July 2022 (as already mentioned in the requirements)

Maximum 5 years’ total experience in GCC or abroad .
Oil & Gas experience is preferred.

Your Role:

• Develop and enforce HSE policies and standards.
• Lead site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Identify hazards and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and HSE regulations.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and staff training.
• Maintain HSE reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams and contractors to promote a safety-first culture.
• Support emergency preparedness and response plans.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HSE
• Strong knowledge of local safety laws and emergency protocols.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
