HSE Admin Coordinator

Role Summary

Provides administrative and clerical support to the HSE department. Focuses on maintaining documentation, tracking records, and supporting day-to-day HSE activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain HSE files, logs, and documentation.
  • Track training attendance and certification expiry dates.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
  • Record incidents and maintain safety logs.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare minutes.
  • Support audits by organizing required documents.
  • Monitor PPE inventory records (basic tracking).
  • Follow up on routine administrative tasks assigned by HSE Manager.


Profile

  • 0–3 years of experience.
  • Basic knowledge of HSE standards.
  • Strong administrative and documentation skills.
  • Works under supervision with limited independent responsibility.
