Administrative Officer - KSA NATIONALS

For nationalization purposes – This role is for Saudis only.

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Administrator to join our team.

Position Overview

The Administrator will be based in the AJI Rentals office and will provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth business operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This position is ideal for a motivated individual who is detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable supporting operational teams from an office setting.


Core Job Functions

  • Provide general office administration support for daily AJI Rentals operations
  • Handle typing, data entry, filing, and document management accurately and efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage routine correspondence
  • Maintain and update records, reports, and internal trackers
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and basic office logistics
  • Support driver coordination and daily transport records when required
  • Ensure office supplies and equipment are available and properly maintained
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and staff records
  • Prepare and maintain timesheets and attendance records
  • Support management with administrative tasks as assigned
  • Ensure the office environment is organized, professional, and presentable at all times



Requirements:

  • 0 - 2 years' experience in administration
  • Good written and spoken English


Candidate Qualities & Skills

  • Strong typing speed with high typing accuracy
  • Good communication skills , both verbal and written
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to research, collect, and organize data
  • Understanding of basic computer software and office systems
  • Self-motivated , proactive, and able to work independently
