HSE & Admin Executive

Karachi, Pakistan

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HSE & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day health, safety, and administrative operations.

  • Implement and monitor company-wide safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Maintain compliance with local safety, environmental, and labor regulations.
  • Organize HSE training, drills, and awareness programs.
  • Record and report incidents, near misses, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist office administration, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate vendor services, office supplies, and utility management.
  • Support admin in 360 degree domain.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and filing of administrative and compliance documents.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a combined HSE and admin role.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, and local safety regulations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
