Administrative Assistant (females preferred)

Karachi, Pakistan

Job Description:

  • Oversee and coordinate office opening and closing procedures
  • Monitor and ensure regular office cleaning and maintenance
  • Manage purchasing and procurement of daily office supplies (approximately once a month)
  • Handle bill collection and timely submission through online portals- Limited frequency
  • Supervise store management and inventory control
  • Coordinate occasional office repairs and maintenance
  • Manage courier services and logistics
  • Facilitate visitor management and reception
  • Arrange travel logistics, including hotel bookings, visas, and flight tickets- (Occasional)
  • Perform general administrative duties as required

Required Knowledge & skill:

  • English communication
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and Teams
  • Good listening skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate a sense of urgency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
