HSE Advisor

ISS International S.p.A. is looking for an HSE Advisor for an onshore Oil & Gas project in Algeria, within a high-standard HSE industrial environment.

Job Description

The role involves supporting site operations in the implementation and monitoring of HSE management systems across gas production facilities, ensuring compliance with international safety standards and environmental requirements.

The position includes coordination with operations teams to maintain high safety performance and support environmental initiatives, including greenhouse gas monitoring and reporting activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as HSE Manager, HSE Superintendent or Senior HSE Advisor in Oil & Gas facilities

• Strong knowledge of HSE Management Systems and operational safety procedures

• Experience with incident investigation, risk assessments and safety audits

• Familiarity with environmental monitoring and GHG management

• Ability to work in remote industrial environments and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams

• English working proficiency

Job Details

• Location: Algeria – Desert Area (camp accommodation provided)

• Duration: 1 year, renewable

• Rotation: 28 days on / 28 days off

• Working time: 12 hours/day – 7 days/week

• Availability: May 2026
