HSE Assistant (Health & Safety Assistant)

Job Summary:

Assists the HSE Officer in implementing and monitoring the Health, Safety, and Environmental policies on-site. Ensures worker compliance with safety standards and helps conduct inspections and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in site safety inspections and hazard identification.
• Support in conducting safety inductions and toolbox talks.
• Monitor use of PPE and safe work practices.
• Maintain HSE documentation and incident records.
• Report unsafe conditions or practices to the HSE Officer.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certificate in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, IOSH preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in HSE on construction sites.
• Basic knowledge of UAE labor law and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
