Web Compostela Energy is seeking an experienced and dedicated HSE Director to lead the company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental operations in Salalah, Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HSE strategies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and promoting a strong culture of safety and environmental responsibility across all company operations.

Key responsibilities include overseeing HSE policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments and safety audits, monitoring compliance with local and international safety standards, and ensuring effective incident prevention and response systems. The HSE Director will also provide leadership and training to operational teams, manage environmental sustainability initiatives, and work closely with senior management to maintain safe and efficient project execution.

Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field, with extensive experience in HSE leadership roles within the energy, oil & gas, or industrial sectors. Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent qualifications are highly preferred. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
