Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HSE Director to lead enterprise-wide safety initiatives, oversee compliance frameworks, and align HSE strategies with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver robust HSE programs that protect people, assets, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities

• HSE Strategy: Define and implement HSE frameworks across projects and operations.
• Risk Management: Identify safety and environmental risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and global HSE frameworks.
• Incident Response: Lead investigations of safety incidents and coordinate corrective actions.
• Innovation Leadership: Drive adoption of advanced safety technologies, digital monitoring, and sustainability practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executives, regulators, and communities to align HSE initiatives with business objectives.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, safety metrics, and compliance milestones.
• Team Leadership: Mentor HSE professionals and foster a culture of accountability and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of HSE experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HSE frameworks and GCC regulatory environments.
• Expertise in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other international safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or regional infrastructure or creative development organizations preferred.

Pay: QAR45,000.00 - QAR55,000.00 per month
