About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized HSE Document Controller to support our Corporate HSE Department in maintaining and implementing the Integrated Management System (IMS). The ideal candidate will play a key role in document control, reporting, and ensuring compliance with AHC’s “Zero Harm” vision across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management:
- Develop, update, and maintain all HSE procedures and IMS documentation.
- Ensure proper numbering, storage, and distribution of HSE documents as per company procedures.
- Reporting & Compliance:
- Collect, review, and consolidate monthly HSE statistics and reports from all projects.
- Track and ensure timely submission of HSE reports (ATR, incident reports, etc.).
- Tender & Project Support:
- Assist in preparing HSE procedures for tenders and new projects.
- Support site HSE teams in developing new procedures as required.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule and document HSE coordination and management review meetings.
- Prepare minutes of meetings (MOM) for head office HSE meetings.
- Information Security:
- Control access to HSE documents and ensure no unauthorized sharing of information.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduation or Diploma in any stream.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HSE, preferably in marine, oil & gas, or infrastructure construction.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (Level 3) is required.
- Familiarity with HSE management systems and document control processes.
- Experience in HSE reporting and data management.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
