HSE Engineer

Location: SITE Area - Karachi

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent HSE certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in solar or power projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and site safety protocols.
• Experience in conducting safety inductions, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with construction site safety standards and PPE compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on site.
• Ensure compliance with national and international safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety training sessions.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture among all site teams.
