QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marine works and marine facilities construction.
- Holder of a Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Certified ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.
- Knowledge and experience in preparing environmental plans and reports, in line with the requirements of the Environmental Authority and sustainability standards.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop Environmental, Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS), Project EHS Plan, EHS Policy, Operational Control Procedures and other EHS Documents.
- Implement and monitor the EHSMS performance of the company.
- Conduct EHS Internal Audits and Inspections.
- Reviewing Method Statement (MS) and preparing Task Risk Assessment (TRA).
- Knowledge and experience in preparing environmental plans and reports, in line with the requirements of the Environmental Authority and sustainability standards.
- Conduct near miss, incident and accident investigation.
- Proficient in Windows Offices such as Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point Presentation.
- Able to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
- Possess strong sense of leadership and management skills.
- Able to manage and lead HSE team
- Knowledge in Al Dar OSH requirements.
- Plan, Lead, and participate in job site safety meetings.
- Execute/support all objectives, targets, programs, and action plans related to OHS and Environment.
- Collaborate with project managers to implement corrective actions.
