Bachelor’s in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.

5+ years in manufacturing engineering, including 2+ years in project leadership, people management, and strategic planning.

Hands-on Lean experience: value stream mapping, standard work, and time studies to quantify improvements.

Competence in plant layout development for streamlined material flow.
-
Deadline-driven with strong organization and planning capability.
-
Familiarity with drawing systems (AutoCAD or Visio), CAD software, and data analysis tools.

Current knowledge of best practices and industry standards.

Demonstrated leadership and project management strength.
