HSE ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct site safety inspections and internal audits
• Prepare risk assessments and review method statements
• Ensure compliance with local GCC safety regulations and client requirements
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HSE Engineer in building construction projects
• Mandatory GCC experience
• Strong knowledge of GCC HSE regulations and international safety standards
• NEBOSH (IGC/Level 3) certified – mandatory
• IOSH certification preferred
• Experience in risk assessment, method statements, and safety audits
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field
• Relevant HSE certifications
