HSE Engineer- Construction

Looking for an experienced HSE Engineer with an Engineering degree and solid UAE experience in villa construction projects. Responsible for ensuring safety compliance, conducting inspections, training workers, and promoting a strong safety culture on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement HSE plans and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety trainings.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records (risk assessments, PTWs, etc.).
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities.

Requirements:

• Engineering Degree (Civil/Mech/Elec).
• 3–5 years UAE experience in villa/residential construction.
• NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA certification.
• Knowledge of UAE HSE standards (DM, OSHAD, Trakhees).
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
