Key Responsibilities
- Implement HSE plans, policies, and procedures on site
- Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and toolbox talks
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct safety inspections and audits and report findings
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare reports
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices
- Provide HSE training and safety inductions to site staff and workers
- Maintain HSE records, permits, and documentation
- Coordinate with site management to address safety issues
- Ensure compliance with local authority and client HSE requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or Safety Management
- 3–5years of experience as an HSE Engineer in construction projects
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification (mandatory)
- Knowledge of local HSE regulations and construction safety standards
- Experience in building, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
