HSE Engineer -Construction

Key Responsibilities

• Implement HSE plans, policies, and procedures on site
• Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and toolbox talks
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Conduct safety inspections and audits and report findings
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare reports
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices
• Provide HSE training and safety inductions to site staff and workers
• Maintain HSE records, permits, and documentation
• Coordinate with site management to address safety issues
• Ensure compliance with local authority and client HSE requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or Safety Management
• 3–5years of experience as an HSE Engineer in construction projects
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification (mandatory)
• Knowledge of local HSE regulations and construction safety standards
• Experience in building, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
