Job Purpose
To ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site by monitoring activities, identifying hazards, and implementing corrective measures to maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE standards and project requirements
  • Monitor work activities and enforce safe work practices in line with company and client procedures
  • Identify hazards, perform risk assessments, and recommend corrective/preventive actions
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment by all personnel
  • Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions for workers
  • Report and investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions
  • Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with OSHAD (Qudorat) requirements and other UAE regulations
  • Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and client representatives on HSE matters
  • Support implementation of emergency response plans and drills

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an HSE Officer/Inspector in construction projects
  • Technical Diploma or Diploma in Health & Safety Management (or equivalent)
  • NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory)
  • Registered in OSHAD “Qudorat” system (mandatory)
  • TAQA approval (preferred)
  • Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standards
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
