Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Safety Manager with 5–7 years of proven expertise in managing and implementing workplace safety programs. The ideal candidate will lead all health, safety, and environmental initiatives across project sites, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to creating a safe and efficient work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implement safety management programs for all project sites.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead investigations of workplace accidents and incidents, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
• Provide guidance to project management and site teams on safety procedures and best practices.
• Conduct safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and safety reports.
• Review and update safety procedures to reflect changes in operations and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with management for case management of site injuries and incidents.
• Promote a strong safety culture through continuous monitoring and engagement.
• Ensure equipment and tools are properly inspected, maintained, and safe for use.
• Support new employee onboarding focused on safety and health management.
• Keep up to date with new safety regulations, policies, and industry best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in safety management within the construction, engineering, or industrial sector.
• NEBOSH, OSHA 30/OSHA 45, or IOSH certification (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, HSE regulations, and local authority requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
