IC İçtaş Construction is a global brand with over 50 years of experience in domestic and international projects. Since its establishment, the company has successfully completed numerous projects ranging from airports, ports, marinas, roads, and bridges to high-speed trains, high-capacity power plants, and tourism facilities.



We are seeking a “ HSE Manager ” to be assigned within IC İçtaş for the Tuz Gölü Underground Natural Gas Storage Facility project, possessing the qualifications listed below.


  • Minimum 15+ years of HSE experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Valid Class A Occupational Safety Specialist certification.
  • Active Class B driver’s license.
  • Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, GradIOSH/CMIOSH, CSP, IEMA, Auditor are highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of industry best practices and relevant local/international HSE legislation.
  • Experience in oil field construction projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in HAZID, EIA, risk assessments, audits and incident investigations.
  • Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking).


  • Champion and uphold IC İçtaş İnşaat’s HSE culture across all site activities.
  • Provide expert technical guidance on HSE matters to the leadership team.
  • Develop, implement and maintain the project’s HSE management systems, procedures and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE laws, regulations, and international standards.
  • Lead HSE risk assessments and implement preventive/mitigation control measures.
  • Oversee Control of Work processes (Permit to Work, Energy Isolation, Pre‑Job Meetings, Emergency Planning, etc.).
  • Manage HSE interfaces with contractors and ensure alignment on safety standards.
  • Provide HSE, process safety and asset integrity input into engineering and operational plans.
  • Support environmental impact assessments (EIA), environmental monitoring and associated studies.
  • Develop and maintain site Emergency Response Plans; conduct drills and training.
  • Plan and conduct regular HSE audits, inspections and site visits.
  • Lead incident investigations, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare HSE performance reports, KPIs and improvement strategies.
  • Deliver HSE induction, internal training, and coordinate external HSE training programs.
  • Manage HSE-related procurement (goods and services).
  • Facilitate communication of HSE expectations to all staff and contractors.
  • Support competency development of the onsite HSE team.
  • Ensure timely implementation of the approved work program and associated budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional HSE meetings and ensure completion of assigned action items.
  • Drive continuous improvement and foster a proactive safety culture.
