HSE Manager (Experience in Consultancy)

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of HSE experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Consultancy experience minimum 3 years.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • NEBOSH International General Certificate or Diploma (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards.
  • Experience in engineering consultancy and project-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and implementation of the HSE Management Systems.
  • Provide HSE leadership and technical support to engineers, project managers, and clients.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments, HAZID/HAZOP, and safety studies.
  • Manage contractor and subcontractor HSE complianceLead incident reporting, investigations, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Deliver HSE training, inductions, and toolbox talks.
  • Prepare HSE plans, risk registers, and tender documentation.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and third-party auditors.
  • Drive continuous improvement and promote a strong safety culture across projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR20,000.00 - QAR25,000.00 per month
