Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer / HSE Engineer to join our team for upcoming construction and oil & gas projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and monitoring Health, Safety & Environmental standards in high-rise buildings, infrastructure, oil & gas facilities, and work-at-height or ground-level improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce project-specific HSE plans and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
• Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory safety standards.
• Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Ensure safety measures for high-risk activities including work at height, excavation, and heavy machinery operations.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of HSE experience in the UAE (mandatory).
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
• Immediate availability to join preferred.
• Strong experience in construction, oil & gas, high-rise, infrastructure, and ground-level work.
• Certification in NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent is a must.
• Familiarity with UAE HSE
