HSE Officer

• Develop, implement and monitor safety programs and procedures for construction projects at the workplace.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to enforce safety rules and regulations.
• Provides safety training and toolbox talk to educate the employees to ensure they understand and follow safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and mitigate safety risks at site.
• Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Submit daily HSE observations, closeout and reports to the immediate superior.
• Keep all emergency/safety-related equipment operational with the updated inspection. Respond to emergencies and accidents.
• Provide first aid for the IP and Conduct initial investigation to collect relevant data, victim and witness statements during incidents to assist in making the incident report.
• Accompany client HSE team during walkthrough and inspections.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
