Job Description – HSE Officer

Position: HSE Officer
Location: Various project sites across Qatar
Reports To: HSE Manager

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), Ashghal, and international guidelines.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain proper incident/accident reporting and investigation records.
• Support toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with permit-to-work and risk assessment requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• HND/HNC in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within construction projects.
• NEBOSH IGC/NGC certified.
• IOSH (Managing/Working Safely) or OSHA certification.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
