Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE management systems and policies.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and non-conformities; recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to legal and industry standards.
- Prepare reports on QHSE performance, incidents, and audit findings.
- Train staff on QHSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, safety, and environmental performance.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and certification bodies as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
- Proven experience as a QHSE Officer, preferably in [industry].
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or other relevant standards.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
