HSE Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE management systems and policies.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and non-conformities; recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to legal and industry standards.
• Prepare reports on QHSE performance, incidents, and audit findings.
• Train staff on QHSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, safety, and environmental performance.
• Liaise with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and certification bodies as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• Proven experience as a QHSE Officer, preferably in [industry].
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or other relevant standards.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
