Job Title: Female HSE Officer
Location: Qatar
Job Purpose:
To ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and programs across all Darwish Interserve Facility Management sites. The HSE Officer will be responsible for promoting a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with Qatari regulations, and supporting the company’s safety culture and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor company HSE policies, procedures, and site-specific safety plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive actions.
- Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs to employees and subcontractors.
- Ensure that all permits, PPE, and safety equipment are in place and properly maintained.
- Maintain up-to-date HSE records, reports, and documentation as per company and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, project teams, and contractors to ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Support the development and implementation of emergency response and evacuation procedures.
- Participate in safety meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of HSE practices.
- Monitor environmental compliance and waste management at facility sites.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE within Facility Management, Construction, or MEP services in Qatar or GCC.
- Strong knowledge of Qatari HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
