Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
  • Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training for all personnel.
  • Investigate incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain safety reports, records, and documentation.
  • Promote environmental awareness and waste management compliance.
  • Support the project team in implementing and maintaining a zero-incident culture.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
  • NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA certification (required).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE standards, local regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
