Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training for all personnel.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain safety reports, records, and documentation.
- Promote environmental awareness and waste management compliance.
- Support the project team in implementing and maintaining a zero-incident culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
- NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA certification (required).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards, local regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
