Job Title: Safety Officer

Location: Riyadh- Qiddiya Project

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Safety Officer to join our team and ensure the implementation of safety protocols, monitor hazard controls, and maintain a safe working environment on-site. The role supports construction and maintenance teams by enforcing safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries while fostering a culture of safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Safety Management

• Implement and monitor safe working conditions on-site.
• Ensure proper equipment usage and safety compliance among construction and maintenance teams.

1. Hazard Identification and Control

• Identify potential hazards during all construction stages and develop controls to mitigate risks.

1. Incident Investigation and Reporting

• Investigate on-site accidents and incidents, document findings, and propose preventive measures.

1. Safety Enforcement and Compliance

• Enforce safety protocols, practices, and procedures to minimize risks and prevent injuries.

1. Safety Signage and Protection

• Provide and install safety signs, lights, and warning accessories for hazardous areas and excavations.

1. High Elevation Safety

• Ensure proper use of safety harnesses and belts for work at heights, conducting regular compliance checks.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Diploma or certification in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in safety roles within construction and maintenance activities.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Skilled in hazard identification, risk assessment, and emergency response.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.
