- ADNOC-approved HSE Officer (Approval certificate must be valid or renewable)
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory)
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Instrumentation)
- Additional HSE certifications (e.g., OSHA, IOSH, First Aid, Firefighting) are a plus
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in the UAE, primarily on ADNOC projects
- Strong understanding of HSE protocols in E&I construction, commissioning, and maintenance
- Familiarity with ADNOC Codes of Practice and HSE systems
- Implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and standards in line with ADNOC guidelines and UAE legislation.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments focusing on E&I works to ensure safe work practices.
- Monitor and enforce the use of PPE and adherence to safe work methods across the project.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety violations, and develop corrective and preventive measures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and submit to management and ADNOC representatives.
- Organize and conduct toolbox talks, HSE inductions, safety awareness campaigns, and safety drills.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and ADNOC representatives to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE requirements and project-specific HSE plans.
- Support the implementation of permit-to-work (PTW) systems especially in E&I-related activities.

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
