Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, with proven experience in implementing safety procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions to site staff.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.
• Maintain all HSE documentation, records, and reports as required.
• Support emergency response planning and implementation.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe work practices at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in the construction or related industry.
• Must hold valid HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, First Aid/CPR, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations (or local regulatory requirements).
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead safety initiatives on site.
