HSE Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified HSE Officer to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at project sites in Doha. The candidate will be responsible for implementing HSE policies, conducting inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce HSE policies and Qatar safety regulations
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments (JSA)
• Monitor PPE compliance and permit-to-work systems
• Investigate incidents and prepare HSE reports
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions

Requirements

• NEBOSH IGC (mandatory)
• 2–5 years of experience in construction / oil & gas
• Currently residing in Qatar with valid QID
• Knowledge of local HSE standards (Ashghal / QCS preferred)
• Good communication in English, and reporting skills
