HSE Lead – Solar PV Project (Ibri, Oman)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) activities at site.
• Implement and enforce HSE plans, procedures, and project safety requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with Omani laws, client HSE standards, and EPC requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, JSA, toolbox talks, safety inductions.
• Carry out daily site inspections, audits, and safety walks
• Coordinate with EPC contractor, subcontractors, and site management on HSE matters.
• Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and records.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the workforce.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Safety, or related field.
• 5+ years of HSE experience, preferably in solar, power.
• Valid NEBOSH IGC (mandatory).
• Additional certifications (OSHA, IOSH) are an advantage.
• Proven experience managing large multicultural site teams.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure in remote project locations.

Project Experience Preferred:

• Solar PV / renewable energy project

Pay: RO500.000 - RO700.000 per month
