Job Title: HSE Officer / HSE Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HSE Officer to join our transport operations supporting an oilfield equipment company. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with HSE standards, promote a strong safety culture, and oversee safe transportation and handling of oilfield-related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures in line with local regulations and client (oilfield) requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections, vehicle inspections, and risk assessments
• Ensure safe transportation, loading, unloading, and securing of oilfield equipment
• Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training to drivers and staff
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; prepare reports and corrective actions
• Maintain HSE documentation, permits, MSDS, and compliance records
• Coordinate with the oilfield equipment customer on HSE audits and requirements
• Promote continuous improvement in safety performance across operations

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Safety Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of HSE experience in transport/logistics, preferably supporting oil & gas or oilfield equipment operations
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessments, and safe transport practices
• Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and interact with clients and drivers effectively

Preferred Certifications:

• NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent HSE certification
• Valid UAE driving license (advantage)
