Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and international HSE standards.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports.
  • Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
  • Monitor use of PPE and safe work practices on site.
  • Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and compliance records.
  • Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.
  • Liaise with management, clients, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience (construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment and incident investigation methods.
  • Familiarity with Saudi safety regulations and international standards.

Mandatory Certifications

  • NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate)
  • IOSH Managing Safely or Equivalent
  • OSHA Certification (30-Hour or Equivalent)
  • First Aid & CPR Certification
  • Fire Safety / Fire Warden Training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼4,500.00 per month
