Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety inspections.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and international HSE standards.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports.
- Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
- Monitor use of PPE and safe work practices on site.
- Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and compliance records.
- Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.
- Liaise with management, clients, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience (construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects preferred).
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment and incident investigation methods.
- Familiarity with Saudi safety regulations and international standards.
Mandatory Certifications
- NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate)
- IOSH Managing Safely or Equivalent
- OSHA Certification (30-Hour or Equivalent)
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Fire Safety / Fire Warden Training
