HSE Officer

Job Description

Al Qassim Aluminium & Glass LLC is looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across our aluminium and glass installation projects. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining safe working conditions and ensuring all site activities follow safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure workers follow HSE policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Monitor aluminium and glass installation activities to maintain safe working practices
• Prepare safety reports, toolbox talks, and incident reports
• Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers regarding safety compliance
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HSE Officer in construction or aluminium & glass projects
• Certification such as NEBOSH International General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely
• Good knowledge of site safety practices and risk management
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to conduct toolbox talks and safety training

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Safety Management
• Experience in aluminium façade, curtain wall, or glass installation projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
