Key Responsibilities1️ Site Safety Management

  • Conduct daily site safety inspections.
  • Ensure safe work practices for MEP activities (electrical works, HVAC installation, plumbing, firefighting systems, etc.).
  • Monitor work at height, confined space entry, lifting operations, and hot works.

2️ Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and safety regulations.
  • Maintain safety records, reports, permits, and incident logs.
  • Prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessments.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions.

3️ Incident Prevention & Investigation

  • Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare reports.
  • Implement corrective and preventive measures (CAPA).

4️ Training & Awareness

  • Conduct safety training programs for workers and supervisors.
  • Promote safety awareness across the project site.
  • Ensure workers use proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

5️ Emergency Preparedness

  • Develop and implement emergency response plans.
  • Conduct fire drills and evacuation drills.
  • Coordinate with first aiders and emergency teams.

Qualifications & Requirements / Education

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.

Certifications (Preferred / Required)

  • NEBOSH IGC
  • IOSH
  • OSHA Certification
  • First Aid & Fire Fighting Training

Experience

  • 3–5 years experience in MEP or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical safety, HVAC safety, and plumbing site hazards.
