We are a leading manpower supply company based in Dubai, providing qualified professionals to major infrastructure and power sector projects across the UAE. We are currently hiring an experienced Safety Officer for a power transmission project.

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Safety Officer with proven experience in power transmission projects. Candidates must have a strong background in high-voltage transmission works and substation environments. Applicants without relevant power transmission or power plant experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on site
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and client HSE standards
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
• Monitor high-voltage transmission activities and ensure safe work practices
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe execution of electrical/mechanical works
• Maintain all safety documentation and reports as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Mandatory experience in Power Transmission or Power Plant projects
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant HSE experience in the power sector in UAE or GCC
• Strong knowledge of high-voltage transmission safety standards
• NEBOSH or equivalent safety certification preferred
• DEWA approval is an added advantage (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority)
• Must be available to join immediately
• Strong communication and reporting skills
