1️ Safety Planning & Implementation

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and identify hazards
• Prepare safety plans and emergency response plans
• Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations

2️ Site Inspections & Audits

• Conduct regular safety inspections on site
• Monitor work practices to ensure compliance
• Identify unsafe conditions and take corrective actions
• Prepare audit reports and follow up on observations

3️ Training & Awareness

• Conduct safety inductions for new employees and contractors
• Organize toolbox talks, workshops, and training sessions
• Promote a safety-first culture among staff

4️ Incident Reporting & Investigation

• Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe acts
• Prepare incident reports and submit to management
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions

5️ Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain HSE records, reports, and logs
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards
• Monitor use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safety signage

6️ Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and authorities
• Support contractor HSE management
• Participate in safety committees and meetings

7️ Environmental Responsibilities

• Monitor environmental compliance (waste management, emissions, etc.)
• Ensure minimal environmental impact from site activities
• Report environmental incidents

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
