HSE Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implement and responsible in establishing, managing, implementing, monitoring and upgrading the food safety, HSE standards, processes, communications, trainings and management systems (ISO 22000, HACCP, OHSAS 45001 & ISO 14001, ISO 9001 for the company.)
  • Oversee food handling, storage, hygiene and sanitation
  • Conducts monthly HSE audit and food microbial analysis
  • Conducts periodic supplier’s audit.
  • Educate staff on food safety, risk assessment and manage external audits
  • Investigate incidents and maintain details QHSE documentation.
  • Conducts internal calibration of probe thermometers, small chiller, freezers and holding equipment on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor Degree in Food safety.
  • 3-5 years in Catering or Hospitality business (local Oil & Gas experience preferred)
  • HACCP Level 4
  • Strong analytical skills, report writing, and local regulations knowledge
  • Driving license preferred

Monthly Salary & Benefits

· Monthly Salary: OMR 350/- (Negotiable)

· Accommodation allowance (single status): OMR 150/-

· Car Allowance: OMR 125/-

· Food Allowance: Provide

· Petrol Card Provided

· Medical provided by company

· Air ticket: on completion of 2 years of service
