Job Description:
Consolidated Union Contracting (CUC) is seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team at the Duqm project site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a strong safety culture, and minimizing workplace risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on site
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with client safety requirements and local regulations
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety trainings, and awareness programs
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare reports
• Maintain safety records and documentation
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure safe work practices

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
• NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction or marine projects
• GCC experience, preferably in Oman or UAE
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and procedures
• Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred:

• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or marine projects
• Immediate availability or short notice period
