HSE Officer

Job Introduction

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and internal policies.
Plan and carry out workplace well-being surveys, risk assessments (APV), and preventive initiatives.
Promote a safe and healthy work environment, covering both physical and mental well-being.
Follow up on risk assessment results and support teams in creating and tracking action plans.
Provide guidance and advice on workplace safety practices and mental health considerations.
Support safety improvement initiatives and contribute to ongoing workplace development.
Act as secretary for the Main Security and Cooperation Committee (HSSU) and handle related administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to safety activities and compliance.

Job Experience

Relevant education or experience in occupational health and safety.
Experience or interest in prevention, safety improvement, and workplace development.
Good IT skills with the ability to use digital tools effectively.
Experience in administrative work and office procedures.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
