HSE Officer

Noorka Logistics is seeking a qualified and proactive HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Officer to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a safety-focused professional who can ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promote a safe working environment, and support operational excellence within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular warehouse and site inspections to identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety standards.
• Provide safety training and awareness programs to employees.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain records of safety audits, inspections, and incident reports.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by staff.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and conduct safety drills.
• Recommend improvements to enhance workplace safety and reduce risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and standards.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.
